It's not your fault most people are confused when it comes to weight loss.

As a practicing Sports Nutritionist working with some of the UK's top athletes it's vital that they have the best information to help them manage their weight. I need to cut through the confusion that exists in the world so they can get in the best possible shape.

Who is Matt Lovell?

Matt Lovell is an Elite Sports Nutritionist, he has worked with the England Rugby Team since 2002 taking them to 2 World Cup Finals.

 

He is also currently working with the UK Athletics team as they prepare for the Olympic Games in London in 2012.
