Best Use of Time for Fat Burning Exercise
Posted by: | CommentsThere is much debate in the diet and fitness industry about what the best exercise for fat loss is and the best fat loss exercises are. It used to be thought that to burn fat you had to exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes doing steady state exercise like running, swimming, cycling or rowing.
Updates in physiology research has thrown these long held beliefs on their head.
