20 consultations with me at no cost to you
ByIf you live in around the London area then there are 20 consultations with me up for grabs from Whole Foods Store in London.
If you’ve been to America recently you may have stumbled upon a Whole Foods Market super store.
Their flagship UK store is in Kensington , London.
They are huge and have some of the best quality food and supplements available. It’s like going into a Department Store that’s just dedicated to Whole Food’s, you can literally spend hours there.
It’s like Hamley’s for Nutrition lovers!
If you live in London take a couple of hours and have a wander round, bring your credit card because you will be tempted.
I’m going to be doing some promotional work with Whole Foods Markets and one of the promotions that they are running is that they will be offering a consulation with me at no charge in return for buying £150 worth of their products. What I cover in these consultations usually costs more than £300.
They are going to be offering this for 20 customers. It’s incredibly generous of them. They are paying me for my time and the slots will all get booked I’m just trying to give you the heads up!
Check the flyer below if you’re interested in booking a session.
If you can make it in on the days I’m in store pop in and say hello, it’s always good to put a face to a name.
If you want a consultation then I suggest you contact Ines Hermida at Wholefoods so that you can book your slot.
Matt
P.S. Whole Foods Market supply the Biochem and Country Life products that I’ve talked about in the past previous posts so you can use the £150 to buy some good quality products.

Just to lets you guys know that this is a no strings attached great offer. All you do is pay for the consultation and follow up report and you get the same money in vouchers to spend in the store.
It’s only for the 1st 20 customers though.

Hi Matt,
I have just signed up to the program am in the planning phase although I have started to have my meals as per the program. My main sport is squash which I play to a good inter club team standard. I plan to keep the squash as part of my training playing 3 or 4 times per week. I also go to the gym and enjoy Body pump classes again I was planning on taking 3 classes per week.
I have 10 -12 kgs to loose
My questions are as follows:-
1. When should I takle my protien shake
2. I quite like a glass of red what impact does alcohol have on the diet and insulin / blood sugar levels and is a glass of an evening a complete no no?
Kind Regards,
Rob
