		<description>Howard,

thank you for a wonderful testimonial to the system. It really does make it al worth while when we hear about people like you and your wife doing well, enjoying thier food and training - and benefiting from the changes in life style.

Your drop in blood pressure is remarkable, and not without significant postive implications for your health - we wish you every success in the future and please recommend our programme to others who may benefit the same way you have.

Kind regards

Matt

P.S keep up the good work

		<description>Hi Matt

Just had to write to thank you for your programme.

I am 60 years old and during the last Olympics realised that I was as heavy as the Super Heavyweight British boxing champ.....just one problem he was over 6ft tall and I am a little over 5&#039;7&#039;&#039;!!! So at 224lbs I made a concerted effort to lose weight. I managed to get down to 212lbs with a mixture of exercise( I joined the gym) and sensible eating but during holidays etc crept back up to 219lbs.

I had researched diet and the most sensible seemed the &quot;caveman&quot; diet, eating only foods available to stone age man ie protein and unrefined carbs.I found it difficult to keep to the diet as it was so boring and I do love my food.

Keen to avoid the magic weight loss programmes found on the web I then got to thinking about the type of person who would need to control weight on a regular basis and arrived at sportsmen which led to sports nutrition and eventually you.

I have just finished stage 2 of your programme and have lost 10.5lbs. My wife has lost 9 lbs. I walk for 30-40 mins each morning and evening and have 2 sessions at the gym each week with an hour or so on weights and a 20 min swim. I feel more energetic than I have in years and was amazed to note that my blood pressure ( drug controlled) has dropped from around 145/90 to 125/79.

I now know I have discovered a way in which I can sustain my weight management and plan to have another 2 week session in January and then another in May whilst maintaining a lower rate of loss in the time between. I plan to be at 190lbs by June 2010 a weight last achieved some 30 years ago.

Thanks again for your programme. It has inspired me to eat more sensibly and change my lifestyle.

Regards
