Hi, well this looks like a good plan and as you say adopting 1 or 2 items will help.
I have been amazed at the results I have achieved on the four week fat loss plan. I am now on the maintenance phase. Not only do I look fitter and feel fitter, but I have far more energy to spare, which is great at this time of year. Thanks for all the advice, these last few weeks have been a real eye opener.
