Fat Loss Program – the components of a good one

Fat Loss ProgramThere are so many to choose from how do you decide.

Here are some considerations in no particular order

  • First of all you want it to deliver results
  • Easy to do so you stick with it
  • Food tastes good
  • Adaptable so it fits in with your lifestyle
  • Healthy you dont want to end up a skinny wreck
  • Based on real foods not shakes and packets
  • Needs to burn fat and preserve muscle

I'm not going to mention exercise because diet is the most important consideration, if your diet is bad no amount of training can compensate for that. So nutrition has to be the corner stone of your fat loss program, forget the catchy names like 6 minute abs that focus on exercise.  You can get your abs showing no problem it's not going to be stomach exercises that do that though it is your diet.

I developed my fat loss program because I needed a system that I could use with the elite rugby players and athletes that I work with, they do it when the occasion arises and so do the members of their families.
