When ever you make a commitment to do something, the universe often seems to find a way of testing you to see how serious you are.

How good you are at doing this is your Bounce Back Ability Quotient.

I got tested in A MAJOR WAY LAST WEEK.

Up in Loughborough at a meeting and got a call from my wife that the front room of our house was on fire and was completely gutted.

I'm not talking about a little electrical fire, it was fire engines, smashed out front window and smoke damage all through the house.

They reckon it might be 6 months before it's liveable again.

Luckily for us and the kids it happened during the day when no one was at home, it could have been nasty if it happened at night.

Looking on the positive side the other stroke of good fortune was that it was discovered before it got to my office which has all my books computer and lots of other priceless data and work in.

The challenge for me was that I do a lot of my work from home, We're now hold at up my mum’s thankfully!

    Devostating, it is. It looks like that house burnt out complitly.

    so sorry to read about the house fire.. i couldn’t imagine anything worse… I wish you all the best rebuilding… i know it’s hard to always stay positive but with your family safe, you can still wake up and smile when they smile at you..
