Could you eat like this to drop 8Kg in 2 weeks?

Category: Testimonials – Author: Gavin Allinson – 2:06 pm

When people think about a diet they often think of the things that they are going to have to miss out on.

One of our clients Hardwin Abbot-Davies took a photo of every meal he had for 2 weeks and has put ti into a PDF.

Here it is.

He dropped 8 Kg in 2 weeks doing this, that's 17 and a half pounds in old money.

Don't get hung up on the weight loss,  just look at what he has eaten, you'll see that the meals are nutritious, healthy and they look filling too.

Once you learn and understand the principles I teach in Four Week Fat Loss you'll want to eat like this for the rest of your life.

Let me know what you think about Hardwin's meal selections..

I’m amazed he’s missed out on so much of the exercise but still dropped so much, proves what Matt’s diet can do. Just about to go for another intense phase myself, hope I get such a good result. Well done Harwin.

It would seem that Hardwin diverted from the eating plan recommendations a fair bit- especially the last 48 hours. I wonder what his scale weight was prior to the inevitable bloat following those 2 days. The concept of showing how the plan can be used via photos is excellent – and should form part of the site!

that’s great! Are beans (kidney etc) allowed then? I got the impression that they were too starchy for the 14 day intense phase?

Just wanted to say, I’ve been using Hardwin’s meal plan to motivate myself to keep on plan over the last 2 weeks. When I felt like I wanted to eat something off-plan, I just looked at what he ate on the corresponding day and thought ‘if he can do then so can I’ and it really helped. And this week as I got to the last 3-4 days of the 14, I used his meal plan to tell myself that I can carry on and stay on track where he couldn’t! I think this is a brilliant idea and it would be good to get more members’ meals up on here!

Question – I am recovering from a hernia op and picked up allot of weight over the 5 weeks that I were off. I am still very active in rugby and triathlons and want to know what good meal replacement you would recommend when I start training next week. It will be a slow crawl back but I need to get back in shape, my belly is the problem and the man boobs that’s starting to appear.

Also what do you think of lean system 7 from isotori?

Reply – Sorry to hear about your hernia op

We don’t really recommend meal replacements you’ll be better off getting into proper eating habits and eating good nutritious food protein, fibrous carbs like broccoli and cauliflower with a moderate amount of fat at each meal.

If you are training for rugby and triathlon if you are eating like how Matt suggests in Four Week Fat Loss the weight will come off fairly quickly.

Regarding the fat burning supplement it’s better to get your eating right first that way you are getting better habits that you can move forward with rather than looking for a quick fix.

Having said that I had a quick look at the supplement and it does contain some recognised fat loss ingrediants that have been researched and documented so it might be a good one.
