If you are on a budget then there are 2 supplements that you really can't do without if you are wanting to burn fat. They are a quality multi-vitamin and a fish oil product. Another excellent Fish Oil Product that I recommend is Omega Plus from Aliment Nutrition. This fish oil represents great value for money as it is very concentrated, it contains orange oil, which makes it pleasant to taste.
Coconut Oil
You can purchase Coconut Oil from this page. I've negotiated a slight discount on this product every little bit helps. This really is an essential product and it tastes great too. Green Tea Most Green Teas will do the trick and you can find them in any Supermarket.
The Green Tea I choose is a Ceremonial Japanese Green Tea called Macha.
